Cloud Native Solutions Architect
Since 2018, Dennis Hemeier, a trained IT specialist in application development, has intensely specialized in cloud-native solutions at the highest technical level.
Due to his experience, especially in the context of critical infrastructures, and his drive to continuously learn new things, Mr. Hemeier has been one of the leading instructors for Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions since 2019. For his clients, he operates in both advisory and implementation roles.

Sebastian Gieselmann
Cloud Native Solutions Architect
Sebastian Gieselmann is a self-taught software architect and technical project manager with over 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing distributed and highly available software and system architectures. In addition to his four years as a lead software architect for the B2B web hosting provider Mittwald, he served as interim CTO, modernizing the system architecture of Germany's market leader for event location mediation, fiylo.de.
Most recently, he was co-responsible as IT project manager for the design, implementation, and deployment of the globally used e-commerce solution for the world market leader in hazardous materials storage and workplace safety, DENIOS AG.
Annika Gieselmann
Agile Coach, Master of Arts in Linguistics
Moderating and coordinating teams was already part of her daily work in student (writing) advising during her master's studies in linguistics, with a focus on communication. A significant advantage at that time was her additional training as a mediator, as it often required managing conflicts within the team or externally alongside her moderation duties.
In her further professional career, communication remained important, but agility also became an increasingly significant factor, shaping her roles as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Project Manager.

Dominik Löwen
Cloud Engineer, Master of Science
After completing his master's degree in computer science at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld, Dominik Löwen joined the CloudPirates team as a Cloud Engineer. In his bachelor's and master's theses, he independently gained experience in the field of cloud-native solutions.
During his studies, he worked as a student trainee at Diamant Software GmbH, contributing to the development of an internal integration tool.
